We advise and act for corporate and private clients and organisations on their commercial, private and general disputes. We also specialise in commercial and individual debt related matters.

We identify and seek the most appropriate and cost effective and timely route and options to reach a satisfactory resolution always with a focus to achieve the best possible outcome

We will ascertain from the outset our client’s commercial objectives and will evaluate the dispute at an early stage providing straightforward advice on the merits and the likely costs involved which we keep regularly under review.

We are proactive and will advise and prepare a strategy to follow which will be evaluated at each stage as the matter progresses and we will keep you fully informed of all developments throughout your matter.

Where appropriate, we will advocate and use alternative methods of dispute resolution and have extensive experience in direct negotiation with parties and their representatives as well as dealing with complex mediations and arbitrations.

If a dispute results in Court proceedings, we will plan and manage a course of action to enhance your position whilst seeking to maintain the best possible financial and commercial advantage to achieve a successful outcome.
