Having worked in Hong Kong for over 2 years, I have gained a global perspective in specific legal sectors. My previous Immigration experience has consisted of complex Private client visa applications, as well as assisting Corporate clients. I have also supported SMEs in achieving their business goals, which included drafting employment policies and helping formulate legal structures for new business ventures.
As a Trainee Solicitor at Magrath Sheldrick LLP, I am now working in the Immigration Department with Corporate and Private clients and advising them on various aspects of immigration procedures.
I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business and Management, I went on to study the CPE in English and Hong Kong law, and recently completed the LPC with the University of Law.
