Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of the employer / employee relationship. She supports employers and individuals on a variety of HR-related matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, redundancies, and data protection. Lucy also drafts and advises on settlement agreements, employment contracts, and staff handbooks.

In addition, Lucy has extensive experience assisting with employment law litigation in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and the High Court. Her expertise includes handling claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing.
