Kathleen is a Solicitor within the UK Immigration Department, where she advises and assists clients in navigating the complexities of the UK Immigration Rules. She provides strategic, commercially focused guidance to both corporate and private clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters.

Kathleen has extensive experience advising global organisations, particularly within the financial services and luxury fashion and beauty sectors. She regularly supports clients with applications under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes, as well as PBS Dependant, Appendix FM, UK Ancestry, Settlement, High Potential Individual and British citizenship applications.

In addition to her client-facing advisory work, Kathleen provides guidance on the maintenance of sponsor licences and ongoing employer compliance obligations, ensuring businesses remain fully compliant with Home Office requirements.
