‘Joanne Taylor understands our business and culture.’
‘Joanne Taylor is easy to talk to and understands the needs and sometimes the panic of some of our employees, she can explain things in plain English rather than just blinding people with immigration/solicitor speak, and that is needed by some of our employees. Some have never had a visa or work permit and it is a scary subject for them. Joanne is proactive and readily will suggest coming in to update our teams which helps us all in the long run.’
