Izidora leads Magrath Sheldrick’s U.S. Immigration Department, part of the firm’s Global practice. A U.S.-licensed attorney, member of the State Bar of California, she is based in London and has assisted clients with U.S. immigration matters since 2009. With more than 15 years of dedicated experience, Izidora is recognised for her strategic, commercially minded approach to business immigration.
She represents a broad and sophisticated client base, including multinational corporations, fast-growth technology companies, financial institutions, recruitment agencies, high-net-worth individuals, and internationally acclaimed artists. Izidora advises across all major U.S. business immigration categories—E-2, E-1, L-1, O-1, H-1B, J-1, EB-1, EB-3 and EB-5—and is highly experienced in cases involving law-enforcement or admissibility issues. She regularly represents clients before the U.S. Embassy in London and is known for delivering clear, solutions-focused guidance throughout the consular process.
Izidora also provides comprehensive support to organisations establishing or expanding operations in the United States. She assists with company formation, EIN applications, U.S. trademark registration and broader business expansion considerations. Working closely with international tax advisors and managing a team of experienced U.S. immigration paralegals, she offers clients an integrated and seamless service. To ensure the firm’s clients receive comprehensive support, Izidora regularly collaborates with colleagues across other Magrath Sheldrick departments, including those providing employment law advice and UK and global immigration services.
An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Izidora frequently publishes U.S. immigration updates for Magrath Sheldrick and has served as a speaker at the Expat Academy Immigration Briefings, contributing to wider industry understanding of complex immigration developments.
