With seven years of experience in UK immigration, Ingeborg joined the UK Immigration Department at Magrath Sheldrick LLP as a Paralegal in May 2019 and transitioned to the role of Immigration Caseworker in May 2022.
Ingeborg works with a diverse range of multinational corporations and private clients, navigating various aspects of UK immigration procedures. Currently, her expertise focuses on the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility sponsored routes, and assisting businesses and employees with securing the right to work in the UK. Additionally, she regularly supports applicants pursuing Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizenship, and British passports.
Ingeborg is dedicated to providing tailored immigration advice and crafting solutions that guide clients through the complexities of the immigration process. Being half Colombian and half Norwegian, and having lived around the world, Ingeborg understands the human element of working in immigration and enjoys helping her clients reach their goals, whether they are global companies, an eager graduate or families.
Before embarking on a career in UK immigration, Ingeborg earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Philosophy from Durham University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from King’s College London. Her interests include reading far too many books, travelling and current affairs.
