Demet Rikabi Solicitor

I am a Solicitor working within the Immigration Department. I assist both corporate and private clients.

Having previously worked in corporate immigration and global mobility as an Analyst and a Paralegal, I was exposed to all aspects of immigration law, especially the points based system and family visas. I have also assisted clients/employees with matters relating to Sponsor compliance/duties and various applications such as EEA Residence Permit/Card/Document Certifying Permanent Residence, Naturalisation and  Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Prior to embarking on a legal career, I graduated from Galatasaray University in Istanbul with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and from King’s College London with a Master’s Degree in Political Economy. I then completed my Graduate Diploma in Law as well as the Legal Practice Course/LLM. I am fluent in English, Turkish and French.
