Aynel Hamid Associate

I joined the Immigration Department as a Solicitor in November 2017. I hold a law degree from the University of Essex and completed my LPC at BPP Law School (Holborn).

Prior to joining Magrath LLP, I gained substantial experience at a niche immigration practice assisting in both private and corporate immigration. I hold experience in Points Based System applications as well as applications outside of the Immigration Rules. I have experience in Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 4, human rights, settlement, EEA and naturalisation applications. I also have experience in appeals, administrative review, judicial review matters and has previously appeared at the First Tier Immigration Tribunal. I have also been involved in a number of reported cases.

I specialise in corporate immigration providing business immigration advice to multinational companies and financial institutions. I advise both employers and employees in all aspects of immigration and compliance. I also advise private individuals and their family members to ensure that they are provided with tailored solutions.
