With several years of high-volume experience, Aryanah advises clients on non-immigrant and immigrant US visa matters. She has assisted clients across a number of sectors, including financial services, professional services, information technology, energy, communications, publishing, media, the arts, and entertainment.
Aryanah currently provide a wide range of US immigration advice to corporate and individual clients, on topics relating to family and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. This entails filings and communication with USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of State. The most common types of matters and filings include:
- E-2 Treaty Investor,
- L-1 Intracompany Transferee (executive, manager, or specialized knowledge),
- H-1B Specialty Occupation (including H-1B Cap),
- O-1 Extraordinary Ability or Achievement,
- I Representatives of Foreign Media,
- TN USMCA (previously NAFTA) Professional,
- B-1/2 Short Term Business or Tourism, and
- Family-based Immigrant Visa (Green Card) Applications
Aryanah was admitted to the New York Bar in 2018, completing her Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine University School of Law in California in 2017. Prior to that, Aryanah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Miami in Florida in 2013. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
