I have several years experience advising clients in relation to their Immigration needs. I have experience advising individuals, SMEs and larger corporates on all aspects of Immigration Law.
For SMEs and larger corporates, I have advised on Sponsor compliance requirements and assisted in the management of Sponsor Licences and Sponsor Changes of Circumstance. I have assisted with and advised on all open tiers of the Points Based System as well as assisting and advising on EEA category applications for Croatian Purple Registration Certificates, Family Permits, Residence Cards, Permanent Residence documents, Registration Certificates and the post-Brexit transition period Temporary Residence and Settled Status’.
I have also advised a range of private clients in relation to applications for ancestry visas, as domestic workers, settlement, citizenship and first British passport applications as well as acting as a visa agent for applications in person on a number of occasions.
I graduated from the University of Sussex with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Social and Political Philosophy, after which I decided to pursue a career in law and completed the GDL and LPC at the College of Law, Bloomsbury after which I developed my interest in Immigration Law.
