We have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, backed by firm-wide policies that actively promote equality and inclusion. These policies are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the law, best practices, and the ever-evolving workplace.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee (ED&I)

Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee forms part of the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (‘ESG’) Committee. They meet on a regular basis to consider how we can be a more inclusive and supportive place to work, and to promote the principles outlined in this statement.

The data was collected anonymously and voluntarily through the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s recommended diversity questionnaire. As part of our commitment, we will continue to monitor diversity to gain a thorough understanding of our strengths and identify areas for improvement.
