• Our Trainees

    Our trainees come to us from various backgrounds. They bring different skills and experiences to our business.

    What they must all have in common is commitment, talent and ambition as well as real potential to become a great lawyer.

    There are of course certain traits we would expect all our trainees to have. We need proactive people with drive who can think out of the box, show individuality, relish challenges and problem solving, and are able to cope under pressure.

    We value our work environment greatly. We therefore also expect our trainees to be considerate, open and enthusiastic.

    CRITERIA

    Successful candidates will have:

    • completed or due to complete their LPC expecting at least a
      commendation;
    • a bachelor degree - 2.1 as minimum;
    • at least 3 A Levels; and
    • a real interest in at least one of our areas of practice.

    INTERVIEW

    Interviews are conducted in a relaxed and straightforward manner.
    We try to create an atmosphere where potential trainees can talk about themselves, their interests, their achievements and their experiences. Our intake for 2008 is now closed.
