The litigation team work closely with the Real Estate department, typical work includes advising on contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, all types of disputes concerning land, leases and general property management.
 
The team members combine property industry knowledge with experience and skill in dealing with every type of dispute involving property. They deliver commercially effective advice which maximises value to our clients' property interests and eliminates or limits interference with those interests by third parties.
