The property finance team undertake all aspects of commercial property development including joint ventures; planning; development funding and grant assistance as well as regeneration issues.

We act for UK and international banks as a firm as well as equity funds and private investors. We advise both lenders and borrowers in relation to the structuring of finance for property and property related businesses.

We are able to understand and appreciate the different requirements needed for both borrowers and lenders and are able to combine the required skills with a detailed knowledge of property and corporate issues to ensure delivery of an efficient service.
