Partner advising both companies and individual senior executives.  Prior to joining Magrath LLP trained and worked in the City for over a decade, including working in the Group HR department of a major retail  bank as its in house employment solicitor.
Experienced in advising on all aspects of employment law, particularly in relation to collective redundancy issues, TUPE, discrimination and senior executive terminations.  Undertakes own advocacy in Employment Tribunal hearings.
