Senior Partner and Head of the Immigration & Employment Departments. He is a practising English solicitor, as well as a US attorney admitted to the State Bar in New York. He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association, and the Employment Lawyers Association.
He has written and lectured extensively on immigration and employment issues in the UK, the US and Europe, and Magrath LLP have recently published 'Doing Business in the UK', a guide for overseas companies, investors and entrepreneurs.The firm's substantial corporate immigration team is one of the largest in the UK and advises major multinational companies on all aspects of immigration issues, particularly those involving international transfers.
The firm’s employment department has become increasingly highly regarded and attracts work from a growing number of corporate and individual senior executives.
