Area of expertise/speciality:

Deals with a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious issues and has a client base ranging from multinational PLCs to small companies as well as some private individuals.

Broad experience of employment tribunal and high court litigation and frequently advises on the drafting and enforcement of complex restrictive covenants, contract terminations and injunction proceedings. In addition to HR support, provides clinics and training courses to our larger clients and lectures on employment law.

Co-author, with our senior partner, Chris Magrath, of "A Practical Guide to Disciplinary, Grievance & Performance management", which was published by Legalease in September 2004.
