Victoria joined Magrath in October 2012 and is currently undertaking an immigration seat. She graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours Law Degree from the University of London and completed the LPC with MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law (Bloomsbury) in 2017.
With four years’ experience as an immigration paralegal, Victoria advises both corporate and private clients on all aspects of the Points Based System, including investors and entrepreneurs within Tier 1, and small and large businesses in navigating the complex Tier 2 category. Victoria frequently assists clients with Right to Work checks, Sponsor Licence applications and Certificates of Sponsorship for overseas skilled workers, together with the Entry Clearance and Leave to Remain applications.
In addition, Victoria advises clients in relation to Tier 5 (Youth Mobility) and Government Authorised Exchange visas, family member and spouse applications, visitors, EEA nationals, Ancestry and Settlement applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain, British Citizenship (Naturalisation and Registration) and first British passport applications.
Having lived in France during her teens, Victoria regularly visits France and Spain, particularly the islands. She enjoys music, gardening and cooking (often with home-grown produce), and could not imagine life without sports with her favourites including boxing, football, rugby, cycling and Crossfit.
