On top of my daily duties as a Partner I also manage one of the firm’s largest team which provides in house assistance to one of the UK’s largest financial institutions. As part of this role I have provided the client with many innovative solutions to case and data management, quality assurance and risk management.
I am known for my attention to detail and ability to spot areas for improvement. I have assisted clients with spotting risks early and addressing them appropriately.

- Navigated large financial institutions through various large projects such as Brexit change management, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, HR system changes and other compliance challenges.
- Successfully assisted corporate clients with preparation for a Home Office compliance audits and attending the events.
- Effectively project managed regular large hiring intakes for corporate clients, often dealing with challenges such as delays caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
