Extensive experience in applications under the Points Based System, including entry clearance and leave to remain for Migrants and their dependants; PBS compliance training to HR professionals in medium size to multi-national companies; advising companies with respect to legal right to work checks.
Non-PBS experience include entry clearance and leave to remain applications under spouse/civil partner/unmarried partner/fiance(e), dependant relative, visitor categories, including applications under the EEA 2006 Regulations. Advises on applications for indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation; represents individuals and employers at appeal in the First-Tier and Upper-Tier Tribunal.
Interests
