Tracey is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.  She advises and assists private clients and small companies, as well as assisting on the Firm’s larger corporate accounts (Financial Sector).

Tracey has experience of a range of UK immigration matters including, the obtaining of British Citizenship, permission to work in the UK under the current Points Based System and previous Work Permit route(s) (including obtaining the work authorisation and entry clearance application) as well as settlement applications for individuals wishing to remain in the UK indefinitely.  She advises clients on application requirements and assists in the preparation and submission of applications.  Examples of applicants include, Work Permit Holders, Tier 1 Migrants, Tier 2 Migrants, Highly Skilled Migrants, UK Ancestry Holders, Long Residence and dependants of British Citizens or those Settled in the UK.

Notable Recent Experience

  • Tracey has assisted companies applying for Sponsor Licences under the Point Based system. She also assists with corporate applications for Certificate of Sponsorships under Tier 2 ICT (intra company transfer) and Tier 2 General (new employees to the company), to obtain the required authorisation to work in the UK;
  • Tracey has advised clients in a range of areas, such as working in the UK under Tier 2 PBS, previous Tier 1 General and Highly Skilled Migrant Routes and is able to advise individuals in relation to the current UK Border Agency’s UK Immigration categories and those effected by government changes, such as the abolishment of the Tier 1 General route;
  • Tracey has assisted family members wishing to join their British/settled spouses/partners who reside in the UK, as well as dependants of individual’s in the UK under work authorisation or who are in the UK under EU Law;

    Interests

    Tracey lives in North London, where she can be found taking in the view from Alexander Palace from time to time and enjoying the tranquility of Hampstead Heath. She loves music, writing and singing, all of which she tries to squeeze into her day as much as possible!
