Alexis works in the entertainment world and deals with recording contracts, music publishing contracts, book publishing contracts, merchandising, branding and sponsorship contracts, management contracts, agency contracts and copyright related matters. He deals with TV and Film contracts and represents TV and Radio presenters and models both catwalk and photographic.
He frequently advises on trademark and copyright infringement cases and works closely with the dispute resolution department in this regard. In addition to working closely with corporate clients, Alexis is particularly well thought of for his work with talent.
He lectures at the City University and the Academy of Contemporary Music; he has attended workshops at Gigbeth in Birmingham, spoken at Platform One in the Isle Wight on contract matters. He has written a chapter for a recent publication “The Art of Music Publishing” and attends the International Live Music conference each year where he sits on panels and chairs panels. On many occasions during his career he has spoken on the radio and given television interviews on matters of interest in the entertainment world.
Alexis assists in crisis management and reputation protection and defamation privacy and confidentiality matters and works closely with PR companies in this regard.
