On Thursday 18 November 2010, our Annual UK/US Immigration Conference in association with British American Business Inc, took place at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane. A regular fixture in the transatlantic immigration landscape, the Conference brought together senior UK Border Agency officials and representatives from the US Embassy in London. Delegates included HR Directors, global assignment heads, private wealth bankers and on international tax advisors.
Our key note speakers, Jeremy Oppenheim (UKBA) and Christine Kagarise (Non Immigrant Visa Chief, US Embassy) gave an insight into current regulations and the thinking of both the UK and US Governments on immigration policy”.
