Magrath LLP is recognised as a major force in corporate immigration and was the first practice in the UK to offer both a US immigration law department and a global immigration law service to help businesses locate their personnel worldwide. A network of global immigration specialists provide international reach and competency which is underpinned by one of the largest teams of expert corporate immigration lawyers operating in the UK today.

At a time when the UK immigration process has experienced the most radical changes for a generation, through the introduction of a new Points Based System, Magrath LLP are seen as pivotal in helping businesses manage this change and have co-hosted a number of workshops with the Home Office to help businesses deal with the implications of the new regime.

Magrath LLP's property team acts for major developers, commercial property companies, surveyors, commercial enterprises and private individuals, dealing with a range of investment, leasing and general conveyancing issues.
