We have extensive experience of all areas of PBS Tiers 1 to 5. In particular, we can advise you on the myriad of obligations that are to be found in Tier 2 policies and procedures for sponsorship by licensed employers.
Strategic Planning
We work with our clients to identify and implement a strategy for compliance with Legal Right to Work (LRTW) laws.
This includes:-
- Drafting LRTW policy documents;
- Creating process flows for monitoring immigration status and preventing illegal employment;
- Creating compliance check lists;
- Developing record keeping and monitoring systems;

- Advising on recruitment processes;
- We will assist you with a Sponsor Licence Application, including reviewing documentation and HR systems to best achieve a Grade A rating.
- Our PBS Registration Unit will help you to audit HR files, develop processes and register the company as a sponsor.
- We offer a PBS audit service which means a member of our team will visit your premises to carry out compliance checks and advise on the processes you have in place to monitor migrant workers. We will provide you with a report accessing your readiness to become a sponsor. We also undertake post licence audits, to ensure that all Tier 2 obligations are met by you as an employer.
Human Resources Consultancy
Our team will consult with Human Resource departments to advise on the immigration aspects of the recruitment and dismissal of overseas candidates. We can also advise on takeover's and mergers.
We will assist with the development of policies to ensure resident labour market testing is undertaken correctly. This means that employers may issue Certificates of Sponsorship (COS) under Tier 2 General without displacing resident workers.
Our team can also act as a key contact and or undertake Level 1 and or 2 responsibilities on the Sponsor Management System (SMS).
