Immigration specialist who is able to advise companies and private individuals alike.
Having previously worked for a number of widely recognised law firms and considered an expert in his field, Tilly advises both employer and employee clients on a range of immigration law.
In particular, Tilly has a wealth of experience and has extensive knowledge of both Immigration and compliance issues.
He advises on applications for entry clearance, extensions of stay, switching visa categories, indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation as a British citizen. He is also able to advise on business and commercial immigration matters under the Points Based System and has made numerous licence applications for both start up and existing companies and regularly carries out compliance audits for clients.
His recent experience includes advising large and medium companies such as investment banks, media, shipping, consulting, energy and IT companies.
Tilly regularly writes articles for the in house lawyer and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
