Mairin has over 15 years' experience in US Business and private Immigration having worked in New York for several years before moving to London in 2000. She has assisted many U.S. and foreign industries ranging from technology companies to banking and finance, and management consulting to fashion, architecture, entertainment, sport, and news media and cultural organizations.

Mairin is experienced in the preparation of documentation required in connection with all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labour and U.S. Embassies and Consular posts abroad. These include L1 intra company transferee petitions, H1B petitions, B1 Business Visitor Visas, and I Visas. She has gained particular expertise in the preparation of O1 petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability in the Arts, Sport, Business, and Education.

Since moving to London, Mairin has focused on the preparation of E1/E2 registrations for companies and for individual investors, and on L Blanket applications for multinational companies. She is also skilled in the filing of individual applications for employment and marriage-based immigrant visa (greencard) applications.
