Specializing in all aspects of UK immigration law, including business immigration and personal immigration. Kate has extensive knowledge of the Points Based System, particularly Tiers 1 and 2. Recent experience includes being embedded in an investment bank to guide the client through the introduction of Tier 2 and all aspects of its day-to-day operation. Other areas of experience include British nationality law, with a particular interest in naturalisation and registration applications.
