Delphine is an associate in the UK Immigration department and is also responsible for the Global Immigration team.
An expert in her field, Delphine advises employers, employees and individuals on a range of UK and Global Immigration law issues. In particular Delphine has a wealth of experience in providing regular advice to HR managers of SMLE's in respect of the handling of day-to-day HR immigration problems as well as major transitional issues such as recruitment or redundancies of sponsored workers.
Delphine has extensive expertise in all aspects of the Points based System (PBS) Licensing process and the assigning of Certificates of Sponsorship under Tier 2. She advises on compliance issues, carries out on site audits and assists with the entire registration process.
Her recent experience includes advising large and medium companies in the financial, legal, consulting, pharmaceutical, food, I.T industries.
Delphine also assists entrepreneurs and investors wishing to set up business in the UK using the Tier 1 route.
Delphine contributes to a number of publications, including In-House Lawyer. She often leads seminars and training sessions on immigration issues.
Delphine is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Associations.

Delphine lives in north London. She enjoys sailing, horse riding, and scuba diving. She is also a keen traveler and has visited over 20 countries. She particularly enjoys walking holidays and has trekked at high altitude in Peru. Delphine recently took a 5 months sabbatical during which she went jungle trekking in Borneo.
