Immigration specialist who is able to advise companies and private individuals alike. 

Robert has extensive experience of in-country and entry clearance applications for individuals and their dependants. He advises on applications for extensions of stay, switching visa categories, indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation as a British citizen. He is also able to advise on business and commercial immigration matters including work permits and highly skilled migrants. 

Robert appears before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and has had conduct of matters in the Administrative Court and Court of Appeal. He will also undertake privately funded asylum cases.

He also lectures the immigration elective to prospective solicitors.
