Change to Requirements for Making Visa Appointments for Certain U.S. Visas

The U.S. Embassy in London has instructed the call center that makes its visa appointments that as of February 15, persons seeking appointments for petition-based L, H, O, P, and Q non-immigrant visas must provide the booking agent with the Receipt Number from the Notice of Approval received by their employer from the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service in order to complete the booking and obtain an appointment date.  The receipt number is found on the upper left hand corner of the Form I-797A, B, or C "Notice of Approval".   We will need this information from individuals and companies whom we are assisting in connection with applications for these work-related non-immigrant visas before appointments can be made for you.  This requirement also covers applicants for L visas under a Blanket L Petition.
